Happy to share our recent publication:
First proteomic profiling of Hashtag#ExtracellularVesicles from ovarian cancer spheroids — now out in Extracellular Vesicles and Circulating Nucleic Acids (EVCNA).

For the first time, we isolated and characterized Hashtag#EVs directly released from patient-derived ovarian cancer spheroids, offering a tumor-centric perspective on EV biology in high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma.

Using state-of-the-art EV technologies, including MS-based proteomics, we identified a distinct set of EV-associated proteins – among them danger signals (HSPs, S100s, histones) and survival-linked factors such as RAB14, SCAMP3, and FAM3C.

This study was conducted at the EV-iTEC Core Facility, Fachbereich Medizin, Philipps-Universität Marburg, in close collaboration with Translational Proteomics, our dedicated co-authors, and of course strongly supported by GRK 2573.
